Issue Exceptions Report

The Issue Exceptions Report provides information on all detected issues that have been ignored. A detected issue can be ignored when the performed due diligence has led to the conclusion to do an exception (ignore) to an issue. The report provides a history of all changes made, including who made the change, the asset scope affected, the reason for the exception, and the expected remediation timeline.

This report helps with communication between teams by providing a history of what has been done in the past and why. It also helps to identify any unintended changes by highlighting them. Users can search for specific information within the report, and it can be exported in PDF and CSV formats for sharing with other stakeholders.
