Digest email

The digest email is another report option to allow you to get an overall overview on the health and progress of your IT environment. The report is sent by email and is as such a good option to get regular, high-level updates without the need to log into Nanitor. The function is enabled by default but can be disabled on a personal preference. The default cadence of the email is on a monthly basis but can be adjusted to be sent weekly.

For this feature to work you must have:

  1. A user registered in Nanitor
  2. An email server configured. This only applies to customers in a self-hosted environment. Customers hosted by Nanitor have a mail server already setup

You can adjust the digest email from your personal profile by clicking on Personal settings on the top right menu and then Email digest configuration.

Digest email configuration

Here you can enable/disable the digest email functionality (if it is being sent to you or not). The recurrence can be set to weekly or monthly. IN the content section you can decide what information you want to get notified about. By default all options are enabled.

The title of the email will be Nanitor - your monthly digest email or Nanitor - your weekly digest email and will be sent as Nanitor support ([email protected])
